DIY FUN FRUITY ESSENTIAL OIL PERFUME ROLL-ON RECIPE
Everyone wants to smell good. Popular stores like Bath & Body Works appeal to young girls and women every day with their extensive line of fragrance items.

Even though these “brilliantly named” products sound good enough to eat, their ingredients are far from natural.

And one of the biggest offenders: the innocent sounding ingredient “Fragrance.” It sounds like a simple ingredient, but it’s side effects can include headaches, allergies and asthma.

According the the Environmental Working Group:

The word “fragrance” or “parfum” on the product label represents an Confidential mixture of various scent chemicals and Additive used as fragrance dispersants such as diethyl phthalate. Fragrance mixes have been associated with allergies, dermatitis, respiratory distress and potential effects on the reproductive system.

So basically, companies can Produce any toxic mix of ingredients, label it as fragrance and they don’t have to Avert what those ingredients are. It’s considered a trade secret.

When reading your labels, be sure to avoid any that Having the ingredients “fragrance” or “parfum.” And Sadly, this isn’t limited to body sprays and perfumes.

DIY Mandarin and Rose hip Oil Stretch Mark, Acne and Blister Serum

INGREDIENTS:

10 drops mandarin essential oil


6 drops frankincense essential oil


6 drops tea tree oil


3 drops bergamot oil


1 ounce rosehip oil


2 ounces jojoba oil


A small glass pump bottle


DIRECTIONS:


Add the rosehip and jojoba oils.


Shake well until blended.


Massage a few pumps into the skin in the Afflicted area twice daily.


Store in a Cold, Arid place away from sunlight.
